Hi sweet beloved!

I have found that getting back in tune with my inner moon cycle and the one revolving around our planet is such potent medicine for the restoration, harmony, and sexual integrity on this planet. More specifically the inner and outer moon is designed to empower women, enhance her holistic, intuitive, and vitality powers. Accessing her womb wisdom during this time is key to everything, yes, everything.

If you’re a knight feeling left out, there is a divine role for you too during this time. Check out www.ixchelsandivel.com/moonstacy for my tips on how to serve a woman on her moon and practically fall in love with you! Tehe or at least appreciate you during these powerful transformational days!

I am so honored that you have chosen this path and I am so grateful that you are reaching out to me.

Here are the Top 5 ways to get in tune to the Moon Cycle:

1. Create a Sacred relationship with your inner moon cycle/ menstrual period and if you’re knight create a sacred relationship with menstruation blood and find your divine role in being of service during this time especially if you’re around women bleeding. Tips here: www.ixchelsandivel.com/moonstacy.

What this means is honor your moon cycle as if it was the single most important thing in your life. Take the time, rest, and pleasure you need during this time. This could be an intense and beautiful time of clarity and transformational grace. This is the time in which our physic abilities are the most enhanced and it is best to honor yourself with whatever it is that you need to receive the insights you need on your path.

Back in the days during the moon lodge days or Red Tent days, woman would gather around together during their moon and hold visions for their community for the next lunar cycle. It was the only time women were excused to not take care of their children and the daily responsibilities.

This is a time of great transformation, restoration, and healing. Honor yourself to be in ceremonial space by creating an altar, offering your moon blood back to Mother Earth, spending time in solitude with nature, or quality time with girlfriends on their moon.

Unfortunately, in the main stream world there are a lot of taboos that do not support woman in recharging her feminine batteries during her moon cycle, so it’s quiet normal to hear about this for the first time. Many women suffer from PMS and have an intense, painful, and dreadful relationship to her moon, and for this same reason it’s time to give yourself the opportunity to rejuvenate and restore your feminine energies so that you don’t suffer and fight against your own body. Your body has its own divine wisdom. Honor and listen to what you’re body is yearning to teach you!

My moon time happens to be my favorite time of the month. It’s the time when I’m the most creative, clear and inspired!

Whatever you do, do not force yourself to do something you don’t need to do during this time. If it can wait, wait, until you’re restored and feel complete. Eventually you’ll learn one way or another that it is not sustainable for you to keep forcing yourself to do things that are not in the best interest of your moon time. This will show up in a physical symptom such as heavy cramps and other painful experiences.

2. Have a ritual on your moon that you can keep and do every time you’re mensturating. This looks different for every woman. I have all sorts of rituals while I’m on my moon. For instance, I take the first day of my moon to myself, and honor myself in whatever way I feel is the most nurturing for me during this time.

This is the day when I actually give myself full permission to cancel anything because it’s the day I allow myself to fully be. I typically like to be alone during my first day of my moon cycle or with my girlfriends who are also on their moon.  Rituals can be of little significance to you or can be the most important rituals you keep in existence during this time of the month. Rituals can be anything from meditation, praying, sleeping more than normal, resting, making teas that cater to the needs of your body during your moon, offering your moon blood back to Mother Earth, painting and more. During my moon I make it also a ritual to call my mother. It’s a lovely way to connect back to the womb that created me in the first place!

3. Connect with the Full Moon

For one I reccomend downloading an app or a calendar that tracks the phases of the moon. Once you have this updated to your own personal calendar then be sure to commit to the full moon by having or participating in a ceremony of some sort.

I always do ceremony on the Full Moon. The full moon is usually a time of intense energies. It’s nothing personal. It’s just what the natural flow and cycle of the month. It’s the time when the most suicides happen and the highest number of emergency calls in hospitals across the country occur. It’s not the most ideal time to make a lot of plans or be in the city, because it’s really a time to be with nature and allow yourself to be with people who absolutely love, support and adore you.

It’s the time to make a list of things that are no longer serving you from the previous lunar cycle and anything else that didn’t serve you up until this point of your life. Make a list until you empty.

If you can make this list a day before the full moon to give yourself enough time and in case you want to add anything else on the day of the full moon. There is no wrong or right way to do this. Then during the full moon before you release this list to the fire, allow yourself to really feel those things on your list. Whether it’s a negative belief system that you’re letting go, allow yourself to really feel the belief or remember the experience attached to the negative emotions.

After you feel and release this list, allow yourself to dance and celebrate to the full moon as you are clearing the way for what’s going to be brewing for the upcoming lunar cycle.

The Full Moon is also a great time to cleanse your crystals and recharge them under the Moon light to keep you grounded and spiritually guided!

4. Have a ceremony for the New Moon:

The New Moon happens two weeks shortly after the Full Moon. The New Moon is the perfect time and opportunity to set new intentions and beginnings for the upcoming cycle. This is the time when the moon is the most receptive to your intentions so use this time wisely to dive deeper into your truth, depth and power.

Have a ceremony with yourself or your close girlfriends. The more women you have that you trust and love, the more powerful the container that holds your intention becomes.

Allow yourself to meditate during this time to get clarity for yourself on what matters to you the most for this upcoming lunar cycle.

Have an accountability buddy who you can connect with in 7, 14, 21 days to support you on your new intention. And then repeat this cycle until your intention comes to fruition, and remember to release anything that didn’t serve you on the Full Moon and on your way to actualizing the manifestation of your seed of intentions.

5. Kundalini Yoga Moon Center Meditation.

I do all styles of yogas to keep my body aligned and strengthened. I highly recommend doing The Kundalini Yoga Moon Center Meditation often to help support the glance of the 11 moon centers in the woman’s body.

If you’re a knight, share this post to help a moon sister out! Even if it’s just one woman in your life connecting to her inner and the outer moon, this is actually a way you’re also syncing with the moon too! AHo!
